Small plates, from the pedestrian mini-burgers to the more impressive charcuterie platters, are great for sharing and come with recommended wine pairings. With its relaxed atmosphere with just enough old-world sophistication, Le Cirque Wine Lounge is a solid spot to add to your Rolodex, but no one to write home about-unless perhaps, your father lives in his smoking jacket.
